We get a lot of correspondence from you girls using multiple different names, please try and stick to the name used in the order as it is confusing when your order name, shipping address name, email name, instagram username and online screen name are all different names/variations. 

Please also understand messaging us from accounts with usernames along the lines of 'thebaddestofthemall' without any details is not going to help us locate your order or resolve your issue any quicker.

The item you ordered is on a 2-3 week turnaround time, this is stated in the product description, the top banner of the website, the top of the collection page and also your order confirmation email.
